Registered Marks, Copyrights, and Online Material Usage Permissions

Kingdom Culture Ministries International (KCMI) retains all rights to its registered and common law trademarks, logos, and branding, including but not limited to Kingdom Culture Ministries International, the KCMI logo, and any associated program names or imagery (collectively, the “KCMI Trademarks”). These marks are legally protected, and any use of the KCMI Trademarks must align with the mission and purpose of Kingdom Culture Ministries International.

Unauthorized use of the KCMI Trademarks to solicit funds, promote commercial products or services, or endorse organizations outside Kingdom Culture Ministries International is strictly prohibited. Any representation that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without express written permission from KCMI is not permitted.

Copyrighted Materials

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all written content, graphics, photographs, artwork, audio recordings, and videos provided by Kingdom Culture Ministries International (KCMI) are the exclusive property of KCMI. All rights are reserved.

Free Materials:

Free KCMI materials may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed in any form. If you wish to share these materials, you may only direct individuals to KCMI’s official website or authorized download platform where the original materials are hosted. This ensures recipients directly access the most accurate, complete, and up-to-date version from KCMI.

Paid Materials:

Paid KCMI materials are not permitted to be copied, reproduced, shared, or redistributed in any form, whether for free or for a fee. Access to paid content is licensed for personal use only and is non-transferable.

The Copyrighted Materials may not be used to:

Imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with KCMI unless written permission has been granted.
Advertise or promote commercial goods, services, or events.
Raise funds for or promote any other organization or initiative outside Kingdom Culture Ministries International.

Permission Requests

· Your full name and the name of your organization (if applicable).

· Your complete mailing address, including the city, state, and ZIP code.

· Your phone number and email address.

· A description of the KCMI Copyrighted Materials and/or Trademarks you wish to use.

· The specific location or platform where the materials will be displayed (please include the URL if it will be online).

· A detailed explanation of how you would like to use the materials.

All requests will be reviewed, and permission will be granted at the sole discretion of Kingdom Culture Ministries International.
